My trip to the Galapagos was everything I had hoped it to be -The wildlife-cruises-weather-travelling companions-organisation, Ricky helped me organise and book two separate cruises and I would highly recommend him! He was always prompt in answering any questions I had and resolving a few problems, Thank you Ricky for your help and enthusiasm and professionalism! The 2 cruises were from different companies and class of service-but both were very positive in perhaps different ways. Food, crew and itineraries were great, Daily activities were intense, tiring but wonderfully satisfying -snorkling sometimes twice a day plus hiking everyday with a small group of people and excellent guides meant seeing all the wildlife we had wanted. Trip of a lifetime!

Hi Ricky. Thank you for the follow up email. We actually just landed in Albany NY and have about a 3 hour drive home. The Bonita cruise was wonderful for our family and we really enjoyed it. I also want to thank you for all your help in changing around our flights and plans due to the protests. We also got to spend a day in Quito and a couple night outside the city at the end of the trip. Your sharing your WhatsApp number was really helpful with the dynamic situation. I hope you and the whole team at greengo travel are doing well and everything stays peaceful and stable in Ecuador. Best, Justin.

The cruise was very beautiful and interesting: The perfect boat like the crew that accompanied us. The only negative note was the request of the guide made on the last day and concerning the tip to leave. Thank you for everything and if you can, please receive my extremely positive comments about the Diana cruise bartender and the tender drivers.
Ellen Graetz
The Galapagos was amazing, we had a fabulous time. The cruise itself was okay, a lot of tiny issues that overall impacted how we would rate it. Such as food rarely arriving to the table warm, having our towels taken but not replaced, and never being able to find the bartender. Our naturalist guide Wilo was also very intent on hanging out with his friends on the different islands and chatting to the single pretty guest on the boat, so he often wasn’t around to ask questions. The briefings on our activities were long and often confusing, so no one was sure whether wet or dry landing. A board up would have taken 2 minutes and bypassed this confusion. Wilo also often oversold experiences “so many sharks” – there was one shark, leaving guests disappointed, and rushed us through some of the better activities to waste time waiting at the dock. Galapagos is such an amazing place that you really have to focus to separate the great experiences from the cruise in order to give a fair review, so we overall had a fantastic time, but will be sure to give an honest review so people can go in with an understanding of what to expect of the cruise itself. GreenGo Travel itself is getting a solid 5 stars from us, you really went above and beyond. Warmest regards Damien and Ellen Graetz
