We had such an amazing time and are incredibly grateful for the great service and communication that you provided over the years. The Seaman’s Journey was wonderful, and we will definitely be coming back to Ecuador again soon! Thanks again, and we look forward to booking our next Ecuador trip with you again!

I had such high expectations for this trip so I was a little worried about being disappointed but omg – best experience EVER! My kids both claimed it was their most favorite trip and in the end it was a blessing we were delayed 2 years as they were older and I think better able to enjoy. My normally scared 11 year old was chasing sharks by the end lol. My 13 year old was just in awe and never once missed not having wifi. Also – we were able to swim with penguins (along turtles, rays, sharks, sea lions, gazillion fish, iguanas) and I felt my life was entirely complete! And one day we saw sooo many dolphins while navigating. Literally we saw it all (heck even baby turtles at the end). We had perfect weather and so much wildlife, most times islands all to ourselves. And while the boat was rocky at times with my little patch and arm bands I felt great – zero issues. The boat was perfect (I would highly recommend to others) and we were lucky as all other guests and the crew were fantastic too! (I particularity loved our guide Camilo). Thank you so much for putting together for us a trip beyond all my expectations. I have already told like 10 people they should go and they should work with you! Separately we also quite liked Quito – I particularly liked the Casa Guayasamin. I love his art, home and capilla del hombre. Gracias miles!!!

Seaman was great! We were kept busy, the food was great and sleeping on a boat was what we expected…a little hard to do, but that’s what being on a boat is about. I was very pleased with the cruise and happy with the price we paid.Thank you, Alice Campbell
I had never used a travel agent before, as I consider myself an excellent travel researcher and have planned many international trips. I say that only to say that I have no regrets about using GreenGo to assist in our trip to Galapagos. The decision on whether to do land-based or a cruise, and then once we decided upon both, the decision on which ship/itinerary to book was completely overwhelming. The resources on TripAdvisor and the internet at large for individual boats/itineraries are fairly scarce, and the cost of a cruise is considerable, so it was extremely helpful to have someone thoughtfully present options and what you could expect to see on each itinerary. My primary concern was avoiding seasickness during the cruise, which has implications for the timing, the itinerary, and the type of ship. We ended up selecting a Seaman Journey 5-day cruise in June, which checked those boxes for us. It was a top-notch operation (see separate review). Upon my initial inquiry online, Angel provided me several suitable options, and then we spoke on the phone for over an hour to go over them in detail. We spoke again closer to departure with various questions, all of which he could answer. Response time was extremely prompt and the responses were always thorough. We also used them to book a hotel in Puerto Ayora (Hotel Solymar), which was helpful as they too required a check or wired payment. Using GreenGo ensured that we only had to send one set of checks, and to their Miami office (or P.O. box, I don’t remember) rather than to the Galapagos. We were pretty nervous sending two checks that large (an initial deposit and then the balance) to a company based solely on TripAdvisor reviews, particularly since you don’t get your flight info until much later in the process, and I actually independently contacted the Puerto Ayora hotel to confirm my reservation. Thus assured, we mailed the checks and everything went smoothly. There is no additional cost for using their services (i.e. we paid the exact amount we would have paid booking directly). There was one hiccup that resulted in us having to fly TAME airlines (notorious for delays, and we were in fact delayed for five hours), but I suspect that was more the fault of Seaman Journey than GreenGo.

Angel, Everything was quite wonderful. We won’t hesitate to highly recommend GreenGo (and Seaman Journey) to all of our friends! Thank you so much for you excellent assistance! kim

The trip was fabulous! The only advice for future travelers would be to bring bug spray & rental for a wet suit is $70 for the week, not $30 as indicated in GreenGo’s travel information. The boat, guide, crew, food, accommodations, & itinerary were all fantastic. Many thanks, Barbara & Kathi
The Seaman Journey Galapagos Catamaran cruise was hands down the best experience of my life! We booked it for 8 days and we were a bit afraid the kids won’t have as much fun as us but we all had a blast! We went snorkeling, enjoyed the amazing view, and relaxed with a great buffet. The islands were all breathtaking but Santa Cruz has that certain something that captivates you right from the start. I would do this over and over again if I had the time and money :).
