- Cancellation made 120 days+ to 61 prior to the arrival date: Full refund of the initial deposit, eligible as credit for future travel.
- Cancellation made 60 to 31 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date, or no-shows: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
