Cancellation Charges:
- Cancellation made 180 days+ to 151 prior to the arrival date: You forfiet a 15% for administration fees
- Cancellation made 150 to 121 days prior to the arrival date: 20% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation made 90 to 46 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation made 45 days prior to the arrival date: 75% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation made 44 days or less prior to the arrival date, or no-shows: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Other Notices:
- The 30% deposit will be non-refundable. In the event that the Ecuadorian borders are closed or unforeseen natural events prevent travel, this deposit will be used as credit for your future trip for you and/or family.
- During the high season From June to August & December to February, Sani Lodge has the right to require full and immediate payment of reservations, including those that have been confirmed in advance.
By making a reservation at Sani Lodge, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with the aforementioned cancellation policy. We recommend that guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation or interruption of their trip.
