Everything was totally amazing – in particular the cruise but also our stay in Puerto Ayora. On the cruise, they allocated to us a cabin with a window, even though we had paid for the cheaper interior cabin. So it seems they look after your customers well ! We were lucky that the ship was less than 50% full for the whole week – this made it more intimate, more personalised, and also quicker to go on and off the ship for excursions. We were very lucky to have Alejandro Villa as our guide – he must be the most knowledgeable and witty National Park guide and his English and way of communicating could not be better. Many of us in the group enjoyed the cruise so much that we said we want to come back and do the North and West itinerary on the same ship and with the same guide ! The beauty and unspoilt nature of the islands and the flora and fauna was just as good as we hoped and the weather was perfect. I was very happy with the choice of mid April to visit. The ship itself is not luxury but it is a great choice especially for my wife who does not snorkel and could enjoy the glass-bottom boat alternative. The food was generally very good with just a couple of disappointing meals. Every other aspect of the itinerary, organisation and service was excellent. In Puerto Ayora I would definitely recommend Hotel La Isla where we stayed after the cruise. The Almar restaurant was our favourite. I would recommend anyone to stay for up to 4 days in Puerto Ayora is there is plenty to do ,e.g. lovely walk to Tortuga Bay for beach time. And of course I have been very happy with the service you provided so would always recommend GreenGo !

We had a wonderful time. The trip and excursion exceeded our expectations. We went on all the excursions including 9 snorkel excursions. The amount and diversity of land and marine life were truly amazing! The Legend Ship crew and guides were wonderful. We would recommend this trip to anyone interested in seeing and enjoying nature. The stringent regulations in place will guarantee a pristine and healthy habitat for generations to come. We felt safe in the airport hotel and it gave us a chance to rest before and after the cruise. Thanks again for all of your extra help and recommendations to help make our trip of a lifetime a big success. Fond Regards, Joe and Sharon Buckner

Legend was truly amazing. We had a fantastic time, and I really appreciate all the effort that Angel and Jonathan put in to set us up for a successful adventure. The Legend was amazing, the guides and crew were super, and of course, the Galapagos are magical, particularly being able to get so close to the animals! Malua (my daughter) was delighted! And it was great to have such wonderful support for my legless mom, particularly getting in and out of the boat on wet/snorkel landings. I think the only thing I would do differently is bring warmer clothes. I have a good friend who is thinking of doing something very similar with her father and children, and I’ve highly recommended you and the Legend to her. I think we nailed it. Thank you again, so much, for being so responsive and helpful! All the best! Liz

Angel at GreenGo definitely wins an award for patience! I spent over 2 years planning our 5D-4N cruise through the Western Galapagos on the Legend, and used GreenGo to make it happen – and they did! The cruise was AMAZING, the ship like a home on the sea, and Angel a blessing! He was incredibly responsive to every question (which were many!) and the trip itself went without a hitch. Well, because we did something a little different on the backend – stayed on the island rather than leave with the tour – it took a little figuring out, but Angel went above and beyond to track down the person who could help us, found the answers we needed and it all went beautifully. I’m so very grateful for GreenGo!!

Dear Angel, Good evening! We hope this finds you well. We want to thank you for all of your (and initially Alik’s) careful attention in helping us with our plans to travel to the Galápagos Islands. After postponing twice, we were beginning to wonder if we would ever get there! We returned home at the end of March and we are still talking about the wonderful adventure we experienced! Every step that you planned for us went smoothly. The people who met us at the airport, the drivers, and the Legend crew and guides were phenomenal people who always made sure they had done all they could to make our expedition the best it could be. Our experiences during the fifteen days aboard the Legend were the most unique we have ever been fortunate enough to enjoy. We loved it! We can’t thank you enough. Sincerely yours, Claire and Paul Proctor
