Overview

Punta Espinoza is a narrow ledge of lava and sand that extends from the base of the volcano to the sea. This location is better known for the large colony of marine iguanas, here we can also spot the flightless cormorant & the best place to find Tropical Penguin Endemic to the Galapagos. The dock for disembarking is only accessible with a high tide, otherwise landing on the rocks will be required.
