The Xavier Galapagos Yacht is one for the books, providing guests excellent service, adventure-filled itineraries, and great value for everything included. Through the stay, guests enjoy world-class gourmet meals, countless daily excursions exploring the Galapagos, and unparalleled views from a spacious upper deck. A spacious yacht that accommodates up to 16 passengers all in twin cabins (no bunks). Additional facilities in cabins include windows or portholes, air-conditioned rooms and private bathrooms. A great cruise paired with an exceptional crew that includes a certified bilingual guide guarantees a tour of a lifetime. The Xavier Galapagos Yacht was built to cruise the islands and provide guests with endless-lasting memories, unrivalled adventure, and a thirst for more.
Staterooms of the Xavier Galapagos cruise
While most cruises of its class have a bunk bed layout, the Xavier III delivers a different approach with eight charming cabins all featuring twin beds. You have the choice between cabins on the lower or upper deck. Upper deck cabins have large picture windows affording guests beautiful panoramic views. If you are worried about motion sickness, we typically recommend one of the lower deck cabins which better counteract the “rocking” motion of the sea. Lower deck cabins feature portholes to flood in light and are decorated with bright colors to maintain an airy atmosphere.
Each of the eight cabins of the Xavier Galapagos Yacht has ensuite private bathrooms with hot showers, a vanity with a mirror, toiletries, and towels. Each stateroom is outfitted with air conditioning, reading lights, bountiful storage space, and electronic ports for charging electronics.
Wind back in the large communal area, each created the perfect environment for relaxation to gain your energy back between adventure-packed excursions. The principal lounge area is surrounded by cozy and ample couches, where you can catch up on that favorite book or enjoy a lovely glass of wine while discussing your adventures with other guests and family. In the evenings, your knowledgable Galapagos guide will provide you with a brief overview of the following day’s activities and what you need to bring.
Heading to the exterior area, relax on one of two sundecks, one shaded on the main deck, and the upper deck solarium providing all the sun’s glory. Relax on cozy furniture while you bronze your skin, but don’t forget the sunscreen. The exterior area is without a doubt the best place to come after dark, and witness a spectacle as you have never seen – The Galapagos islands have a unique location on the equator, along with extreme isolation, leading to a breathtaking showcasing of the stars. If the nights are clean, you have to experience this on the Xavier III Galapagos cruise.
The Wining and Dining Experience of the Xavier Galapagos Yacht
The Xavier III sous chef will prepare three daily meals throughout the duration of your stay, always mouthwatering and varied. Enjoy appetizing local and international specialities, freshly prepared with regional ingredients. All the while, enjoy the stunning views from the windows of the dining area. They say you never go hungry on a Galapagos cruise, and the saying holds true on the Xavier III. Within the lounge area, enjoy at your leisure the Xavier bar, fully stocked with local and imported beers, wines, and spirits. With the attentive professional bartender, make sure to use his talent at your disposal with a delicious cocktail.
