Volcán Sierra Negro

Overview

Sierra Negra volcano features an impressive grim volcanic scenery of its surrounding, considered the oldest volcano in Isabela, its most recent activity dates not far back to 2005, when the eruption lasted about a week, the lave flow covered much of its interior caldera. Different type of finch birds & dense vegetation is also prominent in the area.
