Bahía Urbina

Overview

Located at the east bay of Alcedo Volcano lies Urbina Bay, a trail that starts in the beach & extends to 3200 meters of road through pumice rock, sand substrates, coral & vegetable formation. In 1954 this location went through a considerable uprising, elevating 6km of reef & extending the coast by 3/4 of a mile out. A great location for snorkeling & observing spiny lobsters.
