North Seymour has a trail of about 2 miles in length, following the same pattern of a few other islands in the Galapagos, North Seymour was formed  by uprisings of underwater volcanic lavas, reaching its current level above sea over million of years. Wildlife found in abundance are the great frigate birds, Sea Lions, swallow tailed gulls & blue footed boobies, with nesting sites found along the path, a rather arid zone is pronounced in the area.
