CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR FIT (for independent travelers) Regular Dates

• 121 days or more – 25 cancellation penalty fee applies
• 120 days to 61 days prior to cruise date – a 40% cancellation fee applies
• 60 days prior to cruise departure – a full 100% cancellation fee applies

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR CHARTERS (full cruise spaces) Regular Dates

• 211 days or more – 25% cancellation penalty fee applies
• 210 days to 91 days prior to cruise date – a 55% cancellation fee applies
• 90 days prior to cruise departure – a full cancellation fee applies

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR FIT & CHARTERS (Christmas & New Year Dates)

• 121 days or more – 55% cancellation penalty fee applies
• 120 days or less prior to cruise date – a full cancellation fee applies
• No refund will be provided for cancellation due to canceled, delayed, or missed flights. It is strongly recommended that passengers obtain trip cancellation or interruption insurance to better protect themselves; such insurance should also have coverage for medical evacuation.

REMARK:  Bear in mind that 100% charges apply in the event Galapagos flight tickets, TCTs (Transit Control Cards) and Galapagos National Park entrance have been issued. These are issued roughly 60 days prior to departure.
